Batting cages are a great way to practice and
improve your hitting. We will practice hitting in our team practices as
well, but with 15 kids on the team it's easy to see that even one or two trips
to the cages might well double a player's hitting practice for the season.

Macomb Batting Cages
Only a mile from the Roseville
Junior Sports facility, Macomb Batting Cages features 5 fully turfed cages,
private and group lessons, and the Pro Batter pitching simulator, one of the
most advanced pitching machines in the world. This is an indoor facility
that is open year round. Cages run $40 per hour, but there are week day after
school specials for $5.00 and weekend specials for $10.00. Check the web site or
call for full pricing details. Bats and helmets are available or you can
bring your own.
The Hitting Zone
The Hitting Zone is run by
former Detroit Tiger Dave Bergman and has 5 batting cages. The web site
lists off season rates at $15 per hour and in season rates at $35 per hour.

C.J. Berrymore's
A full amusement park with go-carts, indoor golf, laser tag,
arcade games, etc. in addition to the batting cages. There are seven
baseball and four softball cages. Bats and helmets are provided. The pitching
machines are auto fed and the cost is $2.00 for 22 pitches.
